A meeting of trainers from the Province.
Convinced that the trainers must, from time to time, talk to each other and train each other, Wednesday, January 14, under the presidency of Father Jean-Paul MUSANGANIA, Provincial of Africa of the Assumptionists, helped by Father Augustin TASI, Provincial Trainer, and in the presence of Father Paulin VYAKUNO, Secretary and Assistant Provincial in charge among other things of initial formation up to five years of priesthood, it was held in person and by video for everyone, a meeting of trainers from the Province. Essentially, the trainers discussed the need to refine or aggiornamento in their responsibilities and to weave a common vision with a view to adjust our practices in supporting the Brothers. For the Provincial, the trainer, guarantor of the charism, is the first interlocutor of the Brother in formation. Which implies availability, responsibility, proximity. All must remain collaborative to form well-placed men and Assumptionist religious open to the ad intra and ad extra mission. The meeting also focused on the question of supporting aspirants and pre-postulants. Proximity is always necessary in the ministry of accompaniment or in the task of trainer.
