Assistant and Secretary

"Father Paulin KAKULE VYAKUNO, Assistant and Secretary, he is not only the memory of the Province, but also the point of connection between the assistants and between the Province and its other structures as well as with the higher authorities of the Congregation. Furthermore, he watches over the Archives of the Province and takes care of the monitoring of the Parishes, the Initial Formation, Interns, Deacons and Young Priests and the link of the Province with our Brothers on mission abroad. what is the Secretariat- Archives, he intends to update the minutes of the Councils at each meeting and to make a quarterly compilation to send to Rome. At the same time, everything that is to be archived and classified can be done on site. This work will be done on Saturdays in collaboration with Brother Jean-Bosco MUKIKI. It will also be daily work to remind through all our links or communication channels what is expected of the Brothers and the Communities. For the monitoring of our Parishes, it will be much more a question of being alongside the Assumptionist priests already united in Association, supporting them in the achievement of their objectives, consolidating with them the animation of the Provincial Commission in charge of Parishes, consulting each other to support the decisions of the Councils and the orientations of the Provincial Chapter (Cf. Testifying to Christ today in the Province of Africa, pp. 43-45), allowing communion pastoral work by pairing the Parish Committees of our Parishes, Create a network of benefactors of the Province in our parishes by distributing calling cards twice a year for Masses. For initial formation (postulancy, novitiate, scholasticates, post-philosophy trainees and others), in conjunction with the Province Trainer, accompany the trainers in personalized training following the Ratio institutionis and lead towards responsible choices of religious life as a Brother and/or as a Priest. Furthermore, organize two continuing training sessions per year with the trainees. For trainee theologians, deacons and priests for up to five years, it will mainly be a question of enabling them to understand the organization and pastoral animation of a parish. Furthermore, in conjunction with Father Wilfrid, support them in their choices of specialized training. For the link of the Province with our Brothers in mission, we propose first of all to create a WhatsApp group and participate in its animation; then, in a personalized way, to evaluate the mission with those who require it with a view to new perspectives. MUMBERE LUSASA Mbaga
MUMBERE LUSASA Mbaga

Assistant and Economist

"Father Mbaga-Tuzinde MUMBERE LUSASA, Assistant in charge of the commissary, self-financing, entrepreneurship and the Lay-Religious alliance. For the commissary, he remains open to continuing training in the provincial administration, offers regular meetings to be able to monitor the economic reality and needs. For the good of the Province, he believes that as much as the local bursars, he will be required to keep accounts regularly, to prioritize initiatives, to make a good timeline and follow-up to see the curve. For all this, including self-financing and entrepreneurship, he counts on the support of the Provincial Council and informed people, much more by word of mouth, better, spontaneously. feasibility. To do this, he considers increasing the contacts and friendships that can accompany us. Ultimately, he wants to be in agreement with the decisions of the Provincial Chapter. For the secular-religious alliance, he considers meeting them in their areas according to a timeline to be thought out with them.

KAKULE MUSABINGO Achille
KAKULE MUSABINGO Achille

Liturgy Assistant

"Father Achille KAKULE MUSABINGO is Assistant in charge of the liturgy, primary and secondary education, Media and digital continent and Consecrated Life. As for the liturgy, it will be a matter of preparing the celebrations and their rituals; preparing the celebrations of the jubilees upstream and downstream; preparing a mini-altar missal for our communities. As for the monitoring of our schools, he suggests that there be a sort of Assumptionist coordination which would be managed by a person other than him, especially since he himself is Prefect of Mahamba, therefore concerned with monitoring, he will jointly monitor the budgets of the schools. For the Media and digital continent, it still remains to study how to get started, but it will be much more a question of playing a role of bridge between our Moto radios, but also to see how to allow a certain collaboration between the radio and television. in the publication of ART-AFRIQUE As for Consecrated Life, it will be a question of seeing how to celebrate certain moments together with the other Congregations of the place and raise awareness of the Assumptionist presence in what concerns us and what concerns others.

KAMBALE WATEVIRWE Faustin
KAMBALE WATEVIRWE Faustin

Assistant

"Father Faustin KAMBALE WATEVIRWE, Assistant particularly responsible for proximity with fragile and sick profiles as well as with our Brothers and our grieving families, Fraternal Life and, with the economic team, entrepreneurship. For the follow-up of our sick Brothers, he expects to do so on two points: firstly proximity through a monthly visit to listen to them and encourage them; then behind the scenes to stimulate solidarity with sick confreres, which could also be supported twice a year by a health solidarity campaign (conference by a doctor on health, fundraising for our sick colleagues), for proximity to our Brothers and our grieving families, he expects to remain attentive and, in collaboration with the Brother's community, to mark a presence of the Provincial Council. in the Province, it is to keep the eye of the Council with the authorities which take care of it closely: the bursar and the economic team. But, it is also a question of self-training to enter into the business models during the first two months and then opening the other Brothers to it, at least one per community. It will also be a question of entering into the culture of projects.
